Keeping your data safe is one of our core promises with Endless Aisles. While we ensure that no third-parties can access your data, we have also made it seamless for you to access it via your Endless Aisles login—it’s your customer after all.
Below are some highlights of what you can access in your Endless Aisles account:
Below is an outline of what type of data you’ll be able to access via your Endless Aisles login:
- You will have access to all customer information sent along with orders made through Endless Aisles. That includes names, addresses and phone numbers, etc.
- Endless Aisles has a report where you'll see all orders taken through both the Special Order and Web Integration tools, broken down financially.
- You'll easily be able to compare this to your transaction reports in your Web Integration tool as each line in your invoice will have the same order number seen in your platform and in Endless Aisles.
- You will receive a Phillip's invoice with a line item for each order, and with the same terms as you have on your current Phillips account. See How Invoicing Works for more details.
You own all customer-specific data and information. We may use certain data regarding customer purchase history/patterns to generate broad market insights and spot trends—but only where such data is anonymous, aggregated and does not identify any customer individually. We may share that anonymous, aggregate data with third party retailers and brands for market research purposes.
As an example of the above, we can use aggregated, anonymous data to inform third party retailers and brands about broad market trends, such as “Five percent of Customers that purchased dog collars in State X purchased head collars.”
