After you place an order through our Special Ordering Portal, all transactional emails will be handled by Endless Aisles at firstname.lastname@example.org. These emails will include order information and your store’s details as the sender. Additionally, a tracking email with the FedEx tracking number will be sent to the customer as soon as their order has shipped.
If you are using the Endless Aisles Ecommerce Plugin, you will need to make sure your transactional emails are set up within your ecommerce platform. We send all tracking numbers back to the platform via our plugin so you can set up order tracking confirmation emails.
