You may access your customer’s information after they place an order by clicking on the ‘Orders’ tab to the left of your portal. In this section, there will be an entire history of your transactions. If you select any one of these you will be able to read about the product shipped, customer name, address, pricing and payment information.
To get all customer data in one place, you can download a CSV of all past orders. The download will include:
- Time and Date the order was placed
- Order Number
- Order Status
- Customer’s Name
- Customer’s Email Address
- Total Price of Order
- Source of Order (API or Special Ordering)
- Customer’s Address
