If you received a notification from FedEx about a delivery exception, please first check to make sure the customer information in their system matches what you have on your Endless Aisles order page. If it does not, contact FedEx immediately to remedy the error. Endless Aisles does not have access to your customer information and is therefore unable to help you with FedEx.
