All refunds to customers shopping on your Shopify site need to be done through the Shopify platform. Once you’ve refunded your customer for an item or order, your refund claim must be processed by Endless Aisles before the Phillips credit can be issued to you. This includes filling out our refund form, which we will then audit. Once your claim is approved, we will credit your Phillips account.
Please note we will only credit orders where the error was on the part of Endless Aisles. We do not credit refunds related to satisfaction guarantees or order data entry errors on the part of a customer.
