An Endless Aisles package's time in transit is anywhere from 1-3 days on normal business days, depending on how far the customer is from our 2 warehouses in Cranburry, NJ and Las Vegas, NV. See the image below for expected transit times to all regions across the United States.
Although FedEx picks up 7 days a week and delivers home delivery items on Saturday, they do not deliver on Sunday. Therefore, if an order is picked up on Sunday, it will have another day in transit before it reaches its destination. This will be reflected in the tracking number that your customer receives after an order.
Attached is the time in transit spreadsheet with zip codes.
Additionally, here are the normal hours for the Endless Aisles warehouses:
- East Coast: Monday-Friday, Sunday
- West Coast: Monday-Friday
The warehouses close for these holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For the East Coast Warehouse, if an order is placed between Friday 3 pm ET and Sunday, it won't get assembled until Sunday and will not ship until Monday morning.
For the West Coast Warehouse, if an order is placed between Friday 3 pm ET and Sunday, it won't get assembled until Monday, and it will get picked up and shipped by FedEx on Monday.
