An Endless Aisles package's time in transit is anywhere from 1-3 business days under normal conditions, depending on how far the customer is from our two warehouses in Cranburry, New Jersey and Las Vegas, Nevada. See the image below for expected transit times to all regions across the United States:
Please note that the time of day when your order is submitted will also affect the time in transit. If your order is submitted to Endless Aisles before 3p EST, it will process through our warehouse and ship that same day. If your order is submitted after 3p EST, however, it is unlikely to ship that day and will most likely leave the warehouse the next morning. As a result, any order that is submitted after 3p EST is likely to have one additional day in transit.
Although FedEx picks up seven days a week and delivers home delivery items on Saturday, they do not deliver on Sunday. Therefore, if an order is picked up on Sunday, it will have another day in transit before it reaches its destination. This will be reflected in the tracking number that your customer receives after an order.
For a more detailed look, we have attached a time-in-transit spreadsheet with ZIP codes.
The warehouses are closed on these holidays:
- New Years Day
- Memorial Day
- July 4th
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day
- Christmas Day
For both warehouses, if an order is placed between Friday 3 pm EST and Sunday, it won't get assembled until Monday, and it will get picked up and shipped by FedEx on Monday.
