You may cancel an order a maximum of 30 minutes after it has been placed (fulfillment times vary per order). This can only be done by using the Endless Aisles site. Even if you have a Shopify site, you must cancel orders in the Endless Aisles.
Once you log in to the Endless Aisles, go to the "Orders" section and click on whichever order you need to cancel. Then, you should see a "Cancel Order" button on the upper right corner:
Next, simply click the cancel button, and this will update the order's status to canceled. You should also see a confirmation banner at the top of the page that says the order was successfully canceled.
Please note that if you do not see the "Cancel Order" button in Endless Aisles, this means our warehouse has already accepted your order and it is too late to cancel. Our warehouses are optimized to ship orders immediately as they're sent in to reduce time in transit for the end customer. We recommend that you make this policy very clear to your customers, as we will not credit orders that are too late to cancel. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause!
