Retailers can accept cash payments for orders made through the Special Ordering Portal. Simply select “Cash Tendered Sale” at checkout to collect payment using your in-store register.
Please note that setting up or connecting a Stripe account is still required during onboarding. This is to provide you with a safety net in case you ever need to collect payments through the portal. Don’t worry - Stripe will only charge you if transactions are made with a credit/debit card in the portal.
*Endless Aisles’ Cash tendered feature is for in-store transactions only. It is the retailer’s responsibility to ensure the money is collected properly and that staff understand how to use the portal. We will not be responsible for any user error. If incorrect data is entered, the order will not be fulfilled. All refunds must be handled in store and cannot be done through Endless Aisles if the Cash Tendered feature is used.
