Retailers can now see all products in their catalog that are violating a MAP policy, all in once place. Another click of a button will allow retailers to update all MAP violations to the standard MAP.
To find this tool, simply log into Endless Aisles (https://app.endlessaisles.io/app/login) and go to “Price Control” under “Admin.” Next, click the button at the top of the screen that says “View MAP Violations.”
Once the page finishes loading, it will bring you to a screen that looks like your normal Price Control screen. The key difference is that this page will list only products where your retail price is below MAP.
From this page, you can change prices as you normally do in Price Control. You can either edit the prices directly underneath the “Retail” column or use a .csv file import. For more information on updating retail prices, please see this FAQ.
A new improvement to our MAP Violation tool is the ability to automatically set all your retail prices to be MAP compliant with just a click. On the upper right corner of your screen, you will see a button that reads “Set all retail prices to MAP.” Clicking this button will automatically update your retail prices to be equal to the latest standard MAP.
Please note: Once you raise a product’s retail price above MAP, the item will disappear from the MAP Violations page.
Once you have finished adjusting all retail prices, your screen will have this banner at the top of the screen:
Our team recommends checking this “MAP Violation” once a week to ensure you are staying on top of any MAP changes.
Web Integration Only: Your updated retail prices will sync to your Shopify site automatically — no need to click a button or refresh the page. Your new prices will begin to update as soon as you update the retail price in “MAP Violations.”
