If you have admin privileges in the EA portal, you can add or edit other people's profiles. All you need to do is log in to the portal (https://app.endlessaisles.io/app/login) and go to the Team Settings section under Admin.
Once you are here, you can click "+ Add Member" in the top right corner to create a new profile. This will bring you to this page:
Simply fill in all information, and select which role permissions makes the most sense for your new profile.
User profiles are unable to view anything under the Admin section. This means they will not be able to change retail prices, or adjust settings for other profiles.
Admin profiles have complete access to everything in the EA portal.
Kiosk profiles have the most limited access to the EA portal. This is what you should use if you plan on allowing customers to submit orders in the Special Ordering portal themselves.
After you click "Add To Team", you will get this notification indicating that the profile was created:
Next, your new team member will receive an email to set a new password. Once they open the email and set a new password, they will be able to log in to the EA portal with their new profile.
Admin profiles also have the ability to edit other profiles. Clicking on any profile in Team settings will bring up this page:
From here, you can adjust all information for the profile. In order to finalize any changes, make sure to click "Save Changes".
Keep in mind, you can also deactivate or reactivate a profile by clicking the button underneath "Save Changes".
