If there was an issue with your customer's order, and now they need replacement products, you will need to submit a replacement order. Continue reading for instructions on how to do this with Special Ordering and Shopify.
Special Ordering:
1). Add all products that need to be replaced to the shopping cart.
2). Click "Checkout"
3). Fill in your customer's shipping information
4). If you do not want to charge your customer, click "Other Payment Collected", and don't collect payment from your customer.
Otherwise, collect payment however you normally would with this order.
5). Click "Place Order"
Shopify:
1). Log in to your Shopify Admin section
2). Click "Orders", and then "Create Order" in the top right
3). Add all necessary products to the order.
4). If you do not want to charge your customer, click "Mark as paid", and don't collect payment from your customer.
Otherwise, collect payment however you normally would with this order.
5). Click "Create order"
6). Click "edit" next to SHIPPING ADDRESS, and add your customer's shipping information.
7). Click "Request fulfillment"
