Keeping the Endless Aisles Community Healthy & Safe
As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, we want to share an update on how Endless Aisles is responding. We are taking the necessary precautions to maintain the health and safety of our community, including our hard-working staff, and our loyal customers.
What we’re doing to protect our community and reduce risk:
- We have introduced more frequent and enhanced cleaning procedures at our warehouses.
- We are increasing product inventory to support our retailers and their customers’ needs.
- All Endless Aisles office team members are working from home until further notice.
- Encouraging team members to closely monitor their health and seek medical attention if they develop any flu-like symptoms.
- We are monitoring new developments so that we can quickly adapt and continue to provide the best possible experience for our customers.
Are you still delivering pet food and supplies right now?
Yes. We are currently delivering all Endless Aisles shipments as normal for the foreseeable future. We have added warehouse shifts to keep up with the high demand, and our team is adapting to these changes. Our top priorities are to provide our retailers and their customers with the shipments they depend on, while keeping our employees and communities safe.
What precautions are you taking to make sure the shipments are safe?
We have introduced more frequent and enhanced cleaning and safety procedures at our warehouses. Regularly disinfecting our delivery equipment and any high touch items. All employees are trained on proper handwashing and effective preventative measures. Any team member who reports or displays flu-like symptoms will be asked to stay home and not report to work.
What should I do if my delivery is late or hasn’t arrived yet? PHIDO: What should I do if my customer’s order is delayed or hasn’t arrived yet?
PetFlow: We will contact you via email should there be any delays to your order.
PHIDO: We are keeping retailers updated to any changes in our warehouse delays. We encourage retailers to be transparent with their customers and advise that orders may see an unusual delay. Our Operations Team is working incredibly hard to reduce the delay as much as possible.
Are you going to have enough pet food or supplies?
Yes. We are increasing our product inventory to support our retailers and their customers’ needs. There may be occasional low inventory or limited variety for products, but we have a continuous supply and are replenishing as quickly as we can.
Should I stock up on pet food now?
There is no need to buy larger quantities than you normally would! Our teams are working around the clock to make sure that we can confidently serve our retailers and their customers. As of now, most jurisdictions are considering pet supplies as “essential.” This means that we are able to continue serving your customers and shouldn’t experience any major business disruptions for the foreseeable future.
Are you supporting local rescues/shelters?
Yes. We make monthly donations to rescues and shelters. We are continuing to provide these organizations with much needed food and supplies throughout this challenging time. We encourage you to safely provide resources to your local shelters and rescues if possible.
What are you doing to support the community?
We are planning a community service event once the concerns about COVID-19 have subsided.
The everyday actions that we all take now will have an impact on the defense against COVID-19. We will continue to put the health and safety of our community first, and will continue to keep you informed with any updates we have.
